Answers to most frequently asked questions concerning empty cartridges

How should I pack the cartridges?

All empty cartridges that you send to us must be packed properly. It's not usually necessary to put them into their product packaging and the empty cartridges do need to be packed into individual packages. Ideally, each toner cartridge should be packed individually in the black original foil or another bag. To save money, we recommended dispatching the toner and inkjet cartridges in a large package. Please pack those toner and inkjet cartridges, from which the remaining original contents are leaking, separately. When packing, please do not use polystyrene or maize flips. Instead, use old newspaper as packing material.
