Conditions of Use

1. Applicable in the Following

1.1 Use of this geldfuermuell GmbH and/or one of its subsidiary company's websites is only permitted in accordance with these conditions. These general terms and conditions can be supplemented, modified or replaced by other conditions during the purchase of products and/or services. By logging in or, if logging in is not necessary, by using this website, the user agrees to abide by the conditions stated in the current valid version of these general terms and conditions.

2. Services

2.1 geldfuermuell GmbH has made certain information and software, sometimes in addition to documentation, available for downloading on the GfM website.

2.2 geldfuermuell GmbH is entitled to discontinue the operation of the GfM website either entirely on in parts. Because of the characteristics of the internet and computer systems, geldfuermuell GmbH does not guarantee that the GfM website will always be up and running and available.

3. Registration, password

3.1 Several pages on the GfM website can be password-protected. In the interest of making business transactions secure, only registered users will be able to access these pages. There is no entitlement to registration by geldfuermuell GmbH. geldfuermuell GmbH also reserves the right to make pages that were previously freely available subject to registration. geldfuermuell GmbH is entitled to block access to its pages at any time without having to give a reason. In particular for the following reasons:
  • the user has given false information in the registration process,
  • the user has broken one or more of these conditions or has failed to exercise his/her obligation to diligence in the use of the access data or
  • the user has not used the GfM website for an extended period.

3.2 If registration is necessary, the user is obliged to provide truthful information and, in the event of these details changing at a later date, to inform geldfuermuell GmbH immediately (online if possible ). The user agrees to make sure that he/she receives the e-mails that are sent to the e-mail address that he/she has given.

3.3 Once the registration process has been successfully completed, the user will receive a user name and password (also referred to in the following as "user data"). The first time the user accesses the website using the password given to him/her by geldfuermuell, he/she will have the opportunity to change the password into a unique password known only by the user. Provided, that is, that this is possible. Users can view or change their details using their user data.

3.4 The user is obliged to make sure that third parties are not given access to his/her user data and shall be liable for all orders or other activities made using his/her user data. The user must leave the password-protected area following each and every use. As soon as users discover that a third party is misusing the user data, he/she is obliged to inform geldfuermuell GmbH immediately in writing, preferably via e-mail.

3.5 Once this message has been received in accordance with point 3.4, geldfuermuell GmbH will block access for this user data to the password-protected area. Blocked access can only be released by making a separate application to geldfuermuell GmbH or by registering again.

3.6 The user is entitled to request in writing that his/her registration be deleted at any time, provided that deleting this information does not prevent the completion of any current contractual business. In such cases, geldfuermuell GmbH will delete all user data and all other personal details as soon as these are no longer needed.

4. Right to use information, software and documentation

4.1 Use of the information, software and documentation provided on the GfM website is subject to these terms and conditions or, when information, software or documentation has been updated, to the relevant license conditions entered into previously with geldfuermuell GmbH. Special license agreements come before these conditions.

4.2 geldfuermuell GmbH grants the user a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the information, software and documentation provided on the website within the scope of that agreed upon or, if nothing has been agreed, in accordance with the purposes intended by geldfuermuell GmbH when it made the information, software and documentation available.

4.3 It is forbidden for the user to sell, hire out or pass on in any other way the information, software or documentation to a third party at any time. Unless obligatory legal regulations permit otherwise, the user may neither alter, redevelop or retranslate the software or its documentation nor take out parts of it. The user is permitted to create one back-up copy of the software, provided that this copy is necessary to ensure that the software can be used in the future.

4.4 The information, software and documentation is protected by copyright, international copyright law and other laws and agreements on intellectual property rights. The user shall observe these rights, in particular alphanumeric identifications, and shall not remove markings or copyright notes from the information, the software or the documentation.

4.5 Section §§ 69a ff. of copyright law remains unaffected.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Regardless of the special conditions under point 4 of these conditions, it is forbidden to alter, copy, duplicate, sell, hire out, use, supplement or otherwise use the information, brand names and other contents of the GfM website without obtaining prior written permission from geldfuermuell GmbH.

5.2 Apart from the rights of use or other rights expressly granted here, the user is not granted any other rights in particular with regard to company names and commercial trademarks such as patents, registered designs or brands. Neither is geldfuermuell GmbH obliged to grant such rights.

6. Liability for bad title and material defects

6.1 Provided that information, software and documentation has been made available free-of-charge, we accept no liability for bad title or material defects of the information software and documentation in particular for its correctness, faultlessness, completeness and/or usability or that it is free from third-party patent rights or copyright - apart from cases involving intent or malice, or injury to life, body or health.

6.2 The information can contain general descriptions of the technological possibilities of individual products, which in individual cases (i.e. because of changes to the product) are not always available. To this end, then, the performance characteristics of the products should be agreed upon when purchasing.

7. Other Liability, Viruses

7.1 geldfuermuell GmbH's liability with regard to bad title and material defects are set out by the conditions under point 8 of these conditions. geldfuermuell GmbH accepts absolutely no liability apart from obligatory legal cases involving intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, involving the guarantee of a particular characteristic, malicious concealment of a defect or involving violation of important contractual obligations. Compensation for damage because important contractual obligations have been violated is limited, however, to typical and foreseeable contractual damage, provided that it does not involve intents or gross negligence.

7.2 While geldfuermuell GmbH makes every effort to keep the GfM website free of viruses, geldfuermuell GmbH cannot guarantee that it is free of viruses. The user must ensure that the appropriate security precautions and virus scanner are in place before downloading information, software and documentation - for his/her own protection and for preventing viruses on the GfM website.


The GfM website can contain hyperlinks to third-party sites. geldfuermuell GmbH would like to stress explicitly that we have no influence whatsoever over the form and content of the pages to which these links lead. We hereby explicitly distance ourselves from all contents of all linked pages on our website and stress that we are not responsible for the contents of these pages. Use of these links and websites is at the user's own risk.

We attach a great deal of importance to protecting personal data. Indeed, it is for this reason that we carry out all our activities in accordance with the applicable legal regulations for protecting personal data and data security. The following information provides details about which information we collect, how we deal with it and to whom we make it available - if at all.

Personal details
Our websites collect absolutely none of the user's personal details (i.e. names, addresses, telephone numbers or e-mail addresses), apart from instances in which this is done voluntarily (i.e. by registering or taking part in a survey), is consented to or in cases where the respective legal data-protection laws on the protection of your data allows this.

Automatically collected non-personal-related data
