Please refer to the list at the end of this page concerning the empty cartridges' value per pallet that you need to qualify a free pickup. If you do not reach the required empty cartridges' value per pallet, then we will deduct the costs for the pickup service per pallet from the total buying price of the empty cartridges.

Starting with a value of 150 € PER empty cartridge pallet, the pickup service is free of charge within Germany. With a value of under 150 € PER empty cartridge pallet, there will be a pickup service fee of 50 € (plus VAT) PER pallet within Germany. These costs will be deducted from the value of your empty cartridges. Please refer to the following concerning the empty cartridges' value per pallet that you need to qualify for a free pickup.
